The following is the shipping and return policy regulated by the owners and operators of TBOC.


Shipping Policy

Orders placed during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am -5pm are processed and shipped to arrive at the requested destination within 3-5  days.


Please note that out-of-stock items may take longer to process and ship. In case of delay, you will be notified at the provided email address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via the email address you used to place your order.


All orders are subjected to review, including credit card authorization and verification. TBOC may attempt to ship your order in multiple shipments to ensure a quick service. However, you will not be charged additional shipping costs.


International Shipping

TBOC offers international shipping via FedEx. It might take 1 to 2 weeks to deliver your order, depending on the courier service.


When you request international delivery, you will be held responsible for ensuring that the ordered product is lawfully acceptable in your country. As the recipient, you must abide by the laws and regulations of the destination country.


Moreover, you will be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over additional custom clearance charges and cannot predict the costs. Therefore, you must take care of that aspect on your own. We encourage and recommend you contact the local customs office for more information about the customs policies before placing an international order at TBOC.


Returns Policy 

TBOC works at its level best to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, we will accept a return or exchange for another item.


Please note that returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after purchasing an item(s) from our online shop. Moreover, we accept returns and exchanges if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased from our online store.
  • The item must not be damaged or broken in any way.
  • The item must be in its original condition; in the case of clothing items, they should be unwashed and unworn, with the price tag intact.


We will refund the amount to your credit card or the payment method you used to order, minus the shipping cost. Given the circumstances, it could take [ Monday-Friday] days to process your refund request.


If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at Please include your order number, receipt, and the reason for the exchange in the email. We will process the exchange once we receive your item. However, separate shipping charges will be applied to the exchanged item, which you are responsible for paying. We will use the standard shipping method to exchange your item.
